Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to P.O. Boxes in the United States only.
- International P.O. Boxes are not supported.
- We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO).

Intimate Product Return Policy
- Due to the intimate nature of our products and for your safety, returns are not accepted.
Reporting Damaged/Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report the issue within 5 days of delivery.
- Email photos of the damaged product and packaging to info@pureluxnaturals.com.
- Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Replacement requests will be processed within 48 hours of approval.
3. Quality Guarantee
- All products are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery.
- This guarantee covers product quality only and does not apply to:
